Following our consultation and acceptance of our initial proposal, we get down to the business of intensive planning. Beginning months before the on-site execution, we’ll meet with all departments involved, analyze drawings, and visit the shipyard to assess equipment and manpower needs—accurate assessment saves you money—to plan out all processes needed to deliver a successful project.

To ensure the most efficient use of your budget, we proactively manage the use of shipyard equipment and personnel. Our owner or project managers are present and involved with the shipyards—many of which we have prior relationships with—and we constantly evaluate and adjust to ensure optimum levels for economy and efficiency of equipment and resources (cranes, forklifts, riggers, etc.) assigned to the project. This part of our services can significantly reduce the overall cost of any project.

We coordinate the receipt of materials, track inventory, and ensure proper storage to comply with loading requirements. Our inventory management software ensures that we record every detail of materials received (including photos and documents) and track their location until final delivery. Transparency is key and you’ll have access to see what materials are on site, in the warehouse, or already loaded on the ship. We’re happy to provide on-site material reports per request at any time during the project.

Coordinating all arrangements for materials handling and efficient loading, we create a daily loading plan based on specific requests, urgent needs, and available inventory. This ensures a constant flow and distribution of materials. With years of experience loading and offloading oversized materials, we can ensure proper handling up to and until the pieces are installed.

We track all materials loaded, trash skips utilized, and equipment downtimes, allowing us to provide an array of reports tracking the overall progress of the project. This enables us to continuously assess the efficiency of the utilization of resources. Our reports can be customized to track KPIs that are deemed most critical for each project. Once the project is completed, we can provide a report of lessons learned to further improve the chances of success for future projects.
